Welcome to Spergrisch Public Speaking Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spergrisch Public Speaking Academy ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website, services, and educational programs.

3. Registration and Account Security

4. Course Enrollment and Participation

4.1 Enrollment Requirements

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our admission criteria. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions punctually
  • Participate actively and respectfully
  • Complete assigned exercises and homework
  • Respect instructors and fellow students
  • Follow classroom guidelines and policies

4.3 Course Materials

Course materials are provided for educational purposes only and remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Payment

Course fees must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative arrangements are made. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Cancellation 7+ days before course start
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation 3-6 days before course start
  • No Refund: Cancellation within 48 hours of course start
  • Course Cancellation: Full refund if we cancel a course

5.3 Late Payment

Overdue payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees. We reserve the right to use collection agencies for unpaid amounts.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All website content, course materials, methodologies, and educational resources are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6.2 Student Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use student testimonials, feedback, and success stories for marketing purposes with your consent.

6.3 Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and educational purposes. Students will be notified of any recording activities.

7. Code of Conduct

All users must adhere to our code of conduct:

7.1 Prohibited Behavior

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Disruption of classes or events
  • Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
  • Unauthorized recording or photography
  • Violation of others' privacy or rights
  • Use of services for illegal purposes

7.2 Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of services without refund.

While we strive to provide excellent education, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or career advancement. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.

We provide services on an "as is" basis and do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Paid services will continue until completion unless eligible for refund.

We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable causes with appropriate notice.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to past activities.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
